Ian ran his own independent packaging business in Northern Ireland during the political unrest of the 1980’s. He sold plastic packaging to the mushroom and potato farmers of Ireland. After backpacking Africa she found herself living in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Her packaging career started with a large distribution company in Belfast.
